About Perfect Choice Cleaning Pty Ltd
A Melbourne-based cleaning company built on reliability, thoroughness and genuine care for the spaces we look after. From family homes to busy commercial sites, we bring the same standard to every job: the perfect choice, every time.
Our Story
Perfect Choice Cleaning Pty Ltd was founded in Melbourne VIC after our founding team spent years working in and around the cleaning industry and saw how often clients were let down — missed appointments, rushed jobs and quotes that changed after the work had begun. We started with a simple idea: do exactly what we say we will do, on every single visit.
What began as a small residential crew has grown into a full-service cleaning company caring for homes, offices, retail spaces and strata properties across greater Melbourne. We have grown carefully, adding team members only when we find people who share our standards, because we would rather take on less work than deliver a result we would not be proud to put our name to.
Today we remain proudly independent and Australian-owned, trading under ABN 94 703 378 769, and every client deals directly with people who genuinely care about the outcome.
Our Values
- Reliability. We arrive when we say we will, complete the scope we quoted and communicate early if anything changes.
- Integrity. Transparent, written quotes with no hidden extras. If we ever fall short, we own it and put it right.
- Attention to detail. We work to site-specific checklists and finish each visit with a quality check before we pack up.
- Respect. For your time, your privacy, your property and everyone who shares your space.
- Responsibility. We favour environmentally responsible products and safe work practices on every job.
Our Team Approach
A cleaning company is only as good as the people it sends through your door. That is why we invest heavily in who we hire and how we train them.
- Careful selection. Reference checks, right-to-work checks and national police checks before anyone starts.
- Structured induction. Hands-on training in products, equipment, manual handling and workplace safety.
- Consistent crews. Wherever possible, the same team looks after your site each visit, so they learn your space and your preferences.
- Clear communication. You always know who is attending, when, and what will be done — and you can reach us directly by email.
- Follow-up. After your first few visits we check in, review the checklist with you and refine the plan as needed.
