How we work out your price
Every quote is built from four simple factors, so you can see exactly what you are paying for:
- Size and layout — the number of rooms, bathrooms and usable square metres.
- Current condition — a regular weekly home and an end-of-lease clean are very different jobs.
- Frequency — recurring visits are priced lower per clean than one-off work.
- Extras — inside ovens, windows, carpets and other add-ons are itemised separately, never lumped in.
The result is a fixed, itemised quote that holds for 30 days. If the scope changes, we re-quote before any work begins — never after.

Yes — completely free and without obligation. There are no charges for preparing a quote and no follow-up if you decide not to proceed.
Is the quoted price the price I pay?
Yes. Your quote is fixed for 30 days and covers every task listed on it. If something outside the agreed scope turns up, we contact you and re-quote before starting — you will never receive a surprise invoice.
Do I need to be home for an assessment?
Usually not. Most Melbourne quotes are prepared from the details in your form, which is why the size and condition questions matter. For larger commercial spaces we may arrange a short walkthrough at a time that suits you.
How soon can you start?
